How to proceed?

1. First check whether each of the components of the complex allele you whish to submit are in the most 5' "select a variant" scrolling list. If all components are already recorded, you can go ahead. Please select the variants from 5' to 3' and submit.

2. If you do not see all of the sequence changes participating in your complex allele, you first need to submit the lacking simple sequence change(s). In that case, quit "submit a complex allele" and return to "submit simple allele" by clicking on the button at the bottom of the page.

• Note that if you request confidentiality, this(these) simple variant(s) will not be available in the scrolling list until you agree for that (maximum18 months), and you will not be able to contribute your novel complex allele meanwhile.
• In any case, you will have to wait for its(their) validation by the editor (you will be notified by an email) before being able to submit the complex allele.
